Hi Shawn, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking, we currently do not have a powered mirror, non-heated for the passenger side compatible with the 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS. You can use this mirror as long as the connectors are the same (check images on the left side). The heat feature will not function since there is no wire to support that feature.
