Just like the factory mirror, fit my 2010 Ford flex limited perfectly. Very easy to install just two bolts and a hand full of screws around the door panel and the 3 bolts for the mirror and you are done

This fit my 2009 Ford Flex Limited perfectly. My husband and I found a video on how to install it.
At first it seemed pretty scary, but we managed to get it done by ourselves in a little less than an hour.
I think that's pretty good!!

Hi Christie,
That usually is designated with a logo at the back of your vehicle(on the trunk or liftgate). The submodel can be stated on your registration/insurance along with the complete VIN number. You can also simply have your VIN decoded by an online free decoder such as decodethis.com website.
As per checking, this mirror is compatible with 2009 to 2012 Ford Flex, Limited/SE/SEL/Titanium submodels, all engine size fitment. The mirror is a common part for the mentioned submodels anyway.
