Question: Can a heated mirror go in place of the original mirror that wasn’t heated?Alex D. / Oct 06, 2020
Hi Alex,
The connector for the mirror might be the same whether it's heated or not (but I can't promise you that). The only difference is the feed wire to the mirror heaters. The heated mirror will 2 extra wires compared to the non-heated. Be aware that you must seal the electrical connector that powers the heated mirror. It could create problems down the road. Just take some electrical tape and cover the tip of the connector to seal it.

No, this mirror with the part#FD215EL is just the driver side. The passenger has a part #FD215ER, however, you have to double check the fitment details of the part.
