Hardest part was getting the old part off. The easiest part was installing the new one. It works perfectly. Puddle and direction lights work. Heater works, control movements are smooth and silent. Vision is clear and no one will know it's a replacement or that I replaced it myself, except me.

Installed just fine, but the hinge was so loose, the mirror rattled, and when you close the door, the mirror folds up against the door. While driving, the mirror won't stay out, the wind pushes it back.
