Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Aug 09I have a 2016 F 350. With my truck the adjustments would only work partially. What I realized is that I had to order the mirror with the memory function. Now it works perfect. Best thing is to call customer service and tell them what truck you have and they will tell you what mirror will work. Just make sure to get the one with memory (if you have that) so that it functions properly.
