Hi Richard, I'm glad to assist you. Based on the factory OEM part number FL1Z17683AA it carries, this is mirror is power folding. But our catalog details does not mention "power folding" as one of its features. I have emailed our warehouse people to physically check and I will be doing a follow up email to you. This mirror is without auto dimming type as well (the electronic tint you were mentioning). I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
