Good quality, looks oem, but found 1/3 of the studs misaligned (box didn't appear damaged) which required carefully starting the correct thread angle (box wrench works for stud base nut that presses against foam) on plastic housing to fit in door mount holes, actually tightening all 3 studs a little more in plastic housing. Be sure to compare foam insert dimensions to the trim compression marks of your original mirror--test fit before fastening, otherwise upper corner side of mirror trim triangle (farthest corner from mounting studs) may stick out slightly from excess overlap.
