The working parts are solid and a perfect fit. The outer shell seems more delicate than the original posibly by design self sacrifices when hit. Keeping the mirror intact.
Wish I could find a spare shell.
Tip- use a magnetic socket when removing the existing mirror.

Hi Bob, I'm glad to help you out. This will not require additional hardware for installation. You can reuse the ones located inside the vehicle's door panel unless you're also changing the entire door in which you'll be needing new mounting bolts for this mirror.
