It is all good except that my mechanic found the power plug/connector to be incompatible. Therefore I am using it without power to this mirror. No indicator light, no heating

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Still hasn’t gotten here. I called CarParts and they ultimately told me that they shipped it and it’s not their problem anymore. If this is true, then until Covid dies out and shipping times can be more reliable, I’d recommend against ordering here.

Hi Susan. We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest to have it painted locally so they can match the shade of your paint properly.
