I installed only one of these, the passenger side is still stock. When you start going fast on a highway, the mirror clearly vibrates/shakes making it harder to see with than a stocket mirror. That being said, this option is vastly cheaper.

Question: The Painted shell from my broken mirror assembly is not damaged and can be snapped back on. Is the front shell on this replacement mirror removable?James F. / Mar 25, 2021

Yes it can be removed. We would suggest watching a video regarding this to avoid damaging the mounting points of the housing.
