Hi Ralph, I'm glad to assist you. The Prop 65 law (Original CA law) aims to reduce/eliminate exposure to harmful chemicals (that could cause cancer if exposed internally). It, in turn, encourages manufacturers and businesses to reduce or eliminate these chemicals from their products in future productions. It only makes you aware of the composition of the material the mirror is made of, but it does not mean the product is dangerous enough to cause you cancer directly.
