Great replacement mirror. Matches the original and fits great. Power adjustment works fine. Manual folding takes just the right amount of effort. It locks into place nicely. Have not tested the heat function yet, so fingers crossed. My only minor gripe is the rubber grommet that is intended to seal the hole in the body where the cable passes through. It doesn't snap firmly into the hole like the original does, so any slight movement of the cable pops it out. In hindsight, I should have just cut the old grommet off and used that. Didn't think of that until after installation, and I'm not worried enough about it to take the door panel off again.
