I ordered the mirror by phone, and I received it in about 7 days. It could have been packed a little better to prevent breakage as the mirror only had a couple of pieces of paper around it, but it wasn't broken. The mirror fit just like it was supposed to, and it worked fine. I priced the mirror at a Ford dealer nearby, and it was about $60 higher than what I paid.
I'm satisfied with my purchase.
