Very Easy to put on. Quick mailing time.
The only thing i did not like was the chrome on back of mirror, but that was my own fault of not checking that.

This mirror fit easily, and came with an even better that OEM gasket, so I'm confident it won't be leaking any time soon. There's not any noticeable wind noise, and the folding operation feels nice and smoothe. One thing that appears even better than OEM... due to my car being built in Australia and evolved from being a right side drive car, the original mirrors (both sides) were primarily focused on the right side driving position. If you were to center the mirror in the housing, it was perfectly focused on the right side driving position. Fortunately, there's enough adjustment in them to allow focus to be set to the left side driving position, but that puts the mirror at or near the edge of it's adjustment range. This replacement mirror is adjusted to the left side position when it's centered in the housing... thereby allowing a far greater range of adjustment. They also seem to be much smoother when actually adjusting them. This might be due to the original ones being 10 years old now, but upon removal of the old OEM one which was smashed, there still was plenty of lube on both the drive and driven nylon cogs, so I'm thinking they weren't all that much smoother when they were new. Five plus stars (so far)!
