These are nice miorror's, except they wont turn in far enough, and I have the seat to the frount. I am conserned about the ajusting mechanism, as it slips when you are cleaning the miorrors and I dont think it will last.

Question: my current mirrors are are heated and are controlled from the driver seat, they are not "towing" mirrors. can I replace my current mirrors with these to upgrade to "towing" mirrors?Frank R. / Feb 09, 2021

There is a big possibility that it will work without having to do a modification. I just can't guarantee if the base and connectors will be the same since I do not have the vehicle information to work on. I highly suggest to prepare the VIN and call the dealership to ask if OE numbers 55076489AE-PFM and/or 55076488AE-PFM will fit the vehicle before you purchase the part.

I think only thing that makes them “towing mirrors” is the way the swivel up and out which is done manually. If they fit you should be ok.

YES! The mirrors fit perfect! and work perfect. All I had to do was use old connectors on new mirrors and blank off the heated control wire because I don't have a heat switch . NO PROBLEM !
