Normally, Expeditions and Navigators parts are pretty interchangeable. Not in this case. I tried putting the old mirror's harness on this new unit, but I couldn't find a wiring diagram. Now up is left and heat is right. Oh well. I don't need to move it much.

This passenger-side rear-view side mirror assembly was top notch and was like the original mirror assembly. I installed it myself after viewing a Youtube video. Works great. Be sure to test that the mirror moves when commanded by the driver's-side control switch before installing the assembly in the door; just plug the mirror assembly's connector into the mating connector on the passenger door.
