Ordered this as a replacement for my F-150. The price sounded too good, and thought maybe it would have problems. Turned out to work really well. My original mirror didn't have the turn signal indicator and now it does ! Quite happy.

Hi Alan, This has the socket connector on the side of the mirror assembly. You just have to plug in your wiring connector coming off off your door.

No. It's a simple quick connect module that just snaps into the existing wiring. It was a Very easy install!
