It worked perfectly and didn't take long to install. I used the cover from my broken mirror unit and so no need to paint the one that came with the package. And it was a lot cheaper than what the dealership wanted to charge to fix.

Hi Terry,
It is your option actually to have it painted on a local automotive paint shop in your area. But just to clarify, we don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint. This is plug and play direct fit for the vehicle application you selected.

No issues the mayor works great at a fraction of the price if you still have it you can snap the painted part off your existing mayor and it fits right on the new one so it will match again

No, there are no issues with that. We didn't do ours because we needed black. However, we asked a guy with a specialty body shop and he said it could be painted with no problem.
