Solid product for a good price. Mirror seems to be doing great. Doesn't shake like the aftermarket mirrors I've used in the past on my truck. Great deal. This came with the paintable top piece but also came with a gloss black piece. Which is nice because my Subaru is metallic black, but it matches good enough. But this means if you had to buy both mirrors you wolndnt have to paint them because black matches any color car. Just my thoughts anyway.

Hi Douglas,
It means that it is primed finish only and needs to be painted before installation. We don't do painting on our body parts and only ship them primed. We suggest having it painted locally so they can correctly match the shade of your paint.
