Fit my 2005 Civic beautifully. You will need to buy a converter to muffler gasket, but that's not bad. Mine cost $15 at AutoZone because I didn't have time to price shop.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Mar 28If you live in America it’s the American one. Japan Honda’s are built just a bit differently in certain ways than American sometimes. Left and right hand drive for instance changes position on many parts therefore they’ll be made differently.
