I bought this muffler to put on my 2007 chevy silverado with the 4.8 liter engine. All I can say is WOW! This muffler gives my truck the grumble I wanted and more. Not too loud and definitely not too quiet. Only reason I gave 4 stars for installation is I had to get a coupling to go from my stock pipe to the muffler. I had a three inch muffler and needed it to be a 2 3/4. Oh well my fault. I'm not gonna get any mpg now. I just can't let off the gas, it sounds so great!!!!
