This muffler fits into my 2001 Nissan Frontier King Cab very well. Make sure you buy a new clamp and new hangers. Also make sure you have a hacksaw handy just in case. I wanted to replace the intermediate pipe as well, but the bolts between that and the cat were rusted really bad. I ended up cutting the old muffler away from the old intermediate pipe, cleaning the old intermediate pipe up a bit, and reusing it. Old muffler had a drain hole though; not sure why this one doesn't. So far so good.

This item fit well on my 2001 Nissan Frontier. I also bought the intermediate pipe to connect up to the cat, but those screws were too rusted in place. I cut the old muffler out and attached this to the existing intermediate pipe. Everything has been working fine.
