Fit right in the spot where the old one was, need new gasket and some clamps to go with it but this item was perfect for my 2006 Nissan Frontier LE.

This is a good replacement for people like myself who only want a stock type of muffler and not looking for a hot rod sound. The stock one looked like some sort of Victorian maze that was squeezed together in an effort to reduce the diameters of pipes coming off the cats to fit a pipe before the muffler. Best of all...it all fit without any modification!
