Very quiet - neighbors love it too, especially compared to the rusted out muffler I had on my truck.
I put this on my 2006 2.7 4WD Tacoma - we needed an adapter piece to bolt it to the rest of the exhaust system (which it seemed like all other options in this price range also needed).
The hanger arms were welded onto the muffler in different spots than my stock muffler, but they all fit into their respective slots on the truck no problem.
