My mechanic said you had to be careful ordering side step bars for your vehicle because they may not line up, but the nerf bars for my 2001 4Runner came in and he said "Wow perfect fit, the holes line up!" This will be my second set due to rust out, but after 5 years of Wisconsin winter road salt, and since their are the only ones to fit my '98 Explorer, they're worth it.
