Hi Bryan, I'm glad to assist you. As per checking, There is no seal or gasket on the neutral start switch, however there are two seals in/on the manual shift linkage. One is installed in the case, it is a small oil seal and the other is an o-ring that fits inside the manual shift linkage and around the kickdown lever.
