Transmission cooler fit exact dimensions, I’ve been driving with it for over a month now with no issues. Only issue I had was one of the mounting bolt holes was in the wrong place, easy fix with a drill bit. Otherwise, great product.

Yes, it does not come with the gasket. You can buy the gasket locally which most automotive shops would have.
