Part arrived well-packaged. Was easy to install, but brother (formerly mechanic) did the procedure. I think it took a special part - some kind of sensor remover. Took about 10 minutes. Time will tell if part is of good quality, but so far everything appears to look good.

There was a problem since the connectors did not match.I had to use a file and cut down on the outer sensor I received.I spoke with a customer service rep. before I placed the order.I need the other sensor that is connected to the exhaust but I'm not sure of the part number.
