Question: My engine light came on. The code says the catalytic converter is faulty. From everything I read it says that it is most likely a faulty oxygen sensor after the converter (most likely) or before the converter (less likely). Would you agree with the information that I have read? If so, how hard is this to replace, are there any special tools needed, and how long should it take?jerry / Nov 05, 2020
Hi Jerry, It's not really hard to install the O2 sensor, you can use 3⁄8 in (0.95 cm) ratchet wrench or open-end wrench and 7⁄8 in (2.2 cm) oxygen sensor socket to install the sensor. You can contact our sales team(1-866-529-0412) and provide your VIN(vehicle identification number) and the error code to check the correct part for your vehicle.
