Hi Ronda, I'm glad to assist you. No. It is incompatible. The OEM part number you gave fits the 2008 to 2010 Toyota Sequoia 4.7L (443100C100). The one you saw in our catalog fits 2006. We do not carry a direct-fit power steering pump matching the OEM part number you have given.
