Upper radiator hose Gates P/N Gat22196 was exactly what I ordered and was received in a reasonable time. It was only one (1) out of five (5) engine coolant hoses that I ordered.
All five (5) coolant hoses WAS, CONTINUOUSLY, and is STILL listed as "IN STOCK". The one hose was shipped and two days later a refund was given for the remaining 4 hoses. Calling Car Parts, I was told the other four was out of stock, MIGHT have them in three to four weeks and to call back then.
Replacing the one coolant hose is pointless when the other four hoses need replacement. also.
WHY DOES CAR PARTS NOT KEEP THEIR WEB SITE IN STOCK OR OUT OF STOCK UPDATED ?????
I rate the part as 5 stars. The service, is so bad they left me NO WAY to rate them that low !!!!!
