Hi Brandon, I'm glad to help you out. No, this is only for the regular and extended cab. Upon checking, we currently do not have in stock the direct-fit radiator bracket for the crew cab. You may also want to consider purchasing a trim fastener and molding removal kit, good to have as an addition to your home and garage tools. Actually this part doesn’t fit any 1500 models just 2500 and 3500. The part for a 1500 is flat across and not raised.

This bracket is not the radiator support. This bracket is the center cab mounting bracket on a regular cab or the second bracket from the front on extended cabs and four door cabs. IT IS STRONG ENOUGH TO SUPPORT THE CAB.
