Question: Does this part need to be welded in place? Looking at my truck there are small wings that look like they are welded near the front of the fender but I am not seeing those same wings in the pictures. Could be the angle though.Mike D. / Jul 02, 2021

Yes, the original is spot welded in place. You will need a spot weld cutter to remove the old one but the new one can be welded in place, I used a mig welder
