Hi Mitchel, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is not compatible with your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0L diesel. We do not carry the matching heavy-duty cooling package type of radiator designed for the diesel engine, unfortunately. Still, you might need other parts, such as a coolant/antifreeze designed for a turbo diesel engine. We have a promo sale price offer today with part number 86-244-PRO.
