Radiator for 1989 Jeep WranglerRadiator, 2.0L, 4Cyl
4.0/5
The radiator seems to be fairly well made and aligned properly with the mounting holes in the Jeep. Two small complaints however. First, the radiator came installed with fittings for a transmission cooler which is not OEM for our 1989 Wrangler. This prolonged the installation by requiring a trip to the parts store to buy plugs and clamps to seal the fittings. Second, the nuts in the radiator that receive the bolts which secure the fan shroud to the radiator were metric and did not accept the OEM bolts. This required a trip to the hardware store to purchase metric bolts. Not a deal breaker, but added a little extra time and frustration to the job. Overall though the radiator seems to be a pretty good value.
