The only issue I have with them is it usually takes 4 days to get my order from them. It is the right part for my truck, and I use them because even with the 3 year warranty added. I still paid 1/2 the price of my local automotive parts store.

The part arrived on time with no issue. I was very pleased with the shipping and handling. The installation was not an issue, however for others that are not as mechanically knowledge, it might be good to have a installation guide line or a QR code to an installation video.
