It’s a simple radiator replacement. it’s works it’s new when you get it and easy installation if you’re careful to not strip the bolts when attaching the fans. one thing to note is that it doesn’t come with the radiator cap (obviously) so you’ll have to use your old cap.

Hi Chastin, I'm happy to assist you. If your vehicle doesn't have the engine oil cooler, then yes. This item is for models with flex fuel, with transmission oil cooler, and without engine oil cooler. Hi Jesse,
Yes, it comes with transmission oil cooler for with Flex/gas application for 4.8 or 5.3 liter engine.
