Hi Jason, I'm pleased to assist you. Even though the fitment note says "Without Transmission Cooler and Engine Oil Cooler", some radiators may still have the ports for these coolers even if they are not intended to be used. In your case, since your vehicle likely does not have a transmission cooler, you can simply leave the extra port unused. It is not necessary to plug it or do anything else with it. However, if you are concerned about the aesthetics or want to prevent debris from entering the port, you can purchase a plug specifically designed for this purpose.
