#1)The radiator has plastic tanks, per OE, on the sides. The alignment of the injection mold die halves is poor creating a ridge on the length of the bottom spigot. No matter how much torque I applied to the hose clamp, water leaked along the ridgeline. The solution was to use a strip of emery paper to "shoe-shine" the ridge away. Not easy with the radiator installed. For good measure, I buttered up the spigot with hi-temp RTV silicone to fill any voids, before sliding the hose on.
#2) Radiator was missing the captive nut at aft bottom center that receives the power steering line hose clamp bolt.
These two un-noticed defects doubled the time to install the radiator, because of inaccessability.
