Question: My name is Valentino Galaviz Sr I believe I purchased this radiator from you folks probably about 2 years ago can you tell me if you have an invoice or some type of receipt of this sale. I recently took my vehicle to an oil change place they replaced the radiator fluid and all of a sudden the radiator started to leak and I'm just curious if they may have damaged it. the leak is coming from underneath the top hose on the right side if you're facing the engine. I'm not sure what the parts are called that hold down the seal of the top of the radiator they look like little aluminum crowns but what I noticed is that underneath that hose one of those crowns is lifted up and that's where the leak is coming from so I'm wondering if they pried off the hose and accidentally lifted that aluminum crown because I don't believe in coincidences but after they did the radiator flush and replaced the fluid for my wife now it's leaking from that area I hope you can help me out and tell me if that's the way the radiator is designed.
