So far amazing! Fit perfectly with no issues! I have a 2002 jeep Liberty limited edition with and external transmission coolerer, this fit perfectly and I'm using both external and the internal trans cooler will update in a year!

I had the same issue come up with my 2005 Jeep liberty. Apparently they don’t make a radiator that doesn’t have the transmission cooler built in anymore. I just left the dust caps on and didn’t mess with it. You could buy some regular plugs and put them in. But I left the dust caps on and haven’t had any issues at all

No you don’t. Apparently they don’t even make the radiator that doesn’t have one like the original that was in my keep. I just left the plastic thread protectors on it and mine has been fine.
