Hi Cortney, I'm glad to assist you. The tow package type is with the heavy-duty type. Please check the OEM radiator you have if it is a heavy-duty type. That information should come from your end. You can also call your local Dealer and provide the complete VIN so they could give you the info if heavy-duty or not. I hope this helps.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Oct 23There shouldnt be any extra holes. The lower is for the drain plug. 2 for radiator. Some have transmission cooler and thats the 2 smallest holes.
