Hi Tom, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is not compatible. As it turns out, we do not carry the transfer case relay for your 2001 Ford F150 4WD. Still, you might need other parts, such as a performance cross-drilled and slotted front brake disc and pad kit. We have a kit on promo sale price offer today with part number KIT1-020421-03-06-C.
