Question: since this resonator is listed as   DIRECT FIT    why is it 3 inches shorter than the 2000 to 2004 impalas that it "fits"?mememe / Nov 28, 2020
Hi Adrian, The length shows 21.25 inches overall. Please follow the proper vehicle application selection of the Year, Make, model, submodel and exact engine size upon searching for the direct fit part of your vehicle from our homepage. Still, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about this muffler you are replacing. Also, it is best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership (call and provide VIN number) for the length issue so they can provide you additional details.
