I was told it would ship June 15th, on. June 23rd I called because I had not heard anything about my order I was informed it will not ship until July 15th... Good thing I called. Poor customer service no follow through.

We appreciate you taking the time to send us your review regarding the status of the order. I sincerely apologize for the delay.
Per checking, the roll was drop ship to the manufacturer. This is am made to order part, as they do not stock parts, and would only manufacture the part once an order is received. The estimated ship date we got from the manufacturer was on or before 07/15.
