No, this requires minor modification for installation.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Sep 27No. It comes with self tapping screws and I had to cut the bumper support after removing bumper. Once it’s cut that’s it unless you have a welder. Other then that it’s pretty much straight forward with lining up and using some body filler to fill in any gaps.
