Hi Lance, I am pleased to assist you. Based on further checking, these power-retractable running boards are not compatible with Limited or Nightshade trims. We may have available a set of power retractable running boards that may be compatible with your 2019 Toyota 4Runner Limited 6 Cyl 4.0L. However, it does not specify fitment for the 2WD. You will have to measure manually if a 69.6-inch board will fit your ride.
