Upon checking, this part will only fit 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler,1981-1985 Jeep Scrambler, and 1976-1986 Jeep CJ7. We do not carry seat for 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 6 Cyl 4.0L.

The adjustment for the seat to move forward or backward is on the seat frame adjuster. This seat Requires Seat Adapter PN[51256-01] Per Seat.
