I put this on my 07.5 cummins 6.7. It fit good and solved my issue. The install kinda sucked but it's on there. This tensioner looks and feels alot more beefy than the one I took off .

Question: I own a 2006 Dodge Ram 5.9 Diesel engine. The belt has never been replaced, nor the tensioner or the ideal pulley. I hear a squeal once and awhile. I’m thinking it’s the pulley, do you recommend doing the works belt, pulley and tensioner. My name is brian?Devin K. / Aug 10, 2021

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Aug 10Brian, it would be wise to replace everything at the same time. I just want to point out that I had the same issue (squeal) and it turned out to be the water pump bearing. My 2005 had 150k miles at the time. Best wishes. Mike
