good but you sent me the wrong part for what I neededSerpentine Belt - V-Belt, Direct Fit, Sold Individually

Somebody in the warehouse messed up or you have the wrong part number in the computer because you sent me the wrong belt. The belt you sent me was for the cars A/C unit and not the main serpentine belt that I had ordered. Because of time restrictions on getting the car back out on the road I had to go to the auto store and get it at twice the price. I have also not been able to get a hold of customer service.

Based on the website, the item that you ordered was for the air-conditioning and not the main serpentine belt. The information was actually indicated on the vehicle fitment.
